I can't duplicate this.

I'll leave this to the tab gurus. You could fake a hash mark with the
following advanced hack: Make a stem tremolo, i.e.
c2:8
override Molecule callback StemTremolo to Text_item::brew_molecule
and set #'text to #'(music "accidentals-1") . Or somesuch.
