Thanks for your list.  You obviously know a lot more about jazz chords
than I do, although I cannot imagin that all of these chords are
missing?

You could be a great help if you would make a lilypond example that
shows how to make the chords that are possible already, and one that
shows what chords are missing, using \markup.  Would you want to do that?
