rced not replaced in conversion

Hi,

Under 2.2.0 the \rced command does not seem to exist anymore. 
lily compains about it and it is not in the user manual anymore.
the source file has run through convert-ly and has been converted.
So this is either a bug in lily or in convert-ly.
Strangely the \decr command is recognized, but is also not 
in the manual..
