Hello,

I have the same problem again (still) that has been mentioned in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-lilypond/2004-04/msg00091.html

I'm not sure this was backported:

in addition there was a bug, which I fixed in 2.3 cvs.  I hope someone
will stand up to back-port it.
