Bug/inconsistency.

Hi!

LilyPond looks like a great programme - as a long term Finale user, I'm hoping 
it's the solution to all my problems!!! :-)  Will be sure to send more 
commentary when I've gotten a little further!

One thing so far, on this page of the tutorial:

The examples are an octave lower than they appear in the graphic version of 
your website - have I misunderstood something with setting the octave?
