I object to this feature request. It doesn't seem intuitive (never
seen something like this) or necessary: there are several simple ways
to tackle this problem. I think it makes a lot of sense that a file
name should be unique within a project.
In this case the name of the movement should be added everywhere, as
you suggest:
\include "mvmt1/violino1.ly"
and the directory that where mvmt{1,2,3} live should always be in the
include path.

Why is that?
