I tried to understand what EC fonts mean by reading a page[1] from a TeX
FAQ, but I'm too unexperienced in the TeX world to fully grasp it.
Anyway, shouldn't this still be considered a bug, regardless of where
exactly the reason lies? A dash is a dash is a dash, and it should be in
LilyPond, too, IMHO.
