Being the responsible the Windows version I'm not sure there will be a 2.2.6 release soon, because I have some very strange problem occurring on all of my configurations. I think it's related to general cygwin problem, so I'm just waiting for it to be solved, i.e. I'm regularly trying to build 2.2.6
