Dear Respectful One.
Iam Henry and my sister Victoria, we are the children to late Lieutenant 
KagameDabou,Director of External Intelligence at the Director ate of Military 
Intelligence (DMI).Rwanda who was murdered alongside with his personal Manager 
during the crises in Rwanda by his bosom Friend Mr.Mbundu,Rwandan businessman 
based in Kampala, Uganda when they seek refuge in his house over a Diamond 
Business.We the family members knew that Mr.Mbundu ploted my father's death  
because he acused my late father of cheating
him out of a Diamond deal.My mother was murdered after two weeks of the burial 
of my father by unknown person ,It was this reason our Family Lawyer advised us 
to secretely leave the country for the safety of our lives with some of my 
father's vital business documents.We have escaped to Dakar-Senegal as there is 
nothing we can do than to run for our dear lives'which is very important to us 
as regards the advise of our
lawyer.We are in a critical condition being under fostresting with fears and 
!sleepless nights and here in senegal things are very hard everything is highly 
expensive and we can not afford anything in a condition like this,thats why I 
seek your attention if you can kindly assist us.There is nothing we can do now 
because our perents are no longer alife but the only hope we have at this times 
is that our father left some huge of money in a Bank which we are the only 
persons that is aware of it and are ready  to send all vital informtion to 
you,if you can help us come to your  country and protect us,the whole 
documments and contacts are with us,because our father loves us very much that 
was why he gave my Sister every information about that money through our 
faithful lawyer.We have tried to called  the Bank and they told us that unless 
we have somebody who will sponsor or represent us with all the documments that 
is requared' that they are not going to release the money to us because of our 
Age. Here we! are not looking for rich familys but a family with the Fear of 
God. this is why we are now looking for a reliable person that will go for it 
on our behalf to have the money retransfered to your account or a seperet 
account and  help us to come over and meet with you and continue our education.
