Mismeasured Line End

You remember when I posted a bug some months back regarding how the 
staff lines travelled a few mm too far, past the last barline?

Yeah, it's like that. Except this time the last barline isn't tall 
enough. I'm using 2.4.2. If I zoom in as little as 200 - 300%, it's 
clear that the barline at the end of any given staff is too short. 
Check the top and bottom staff lines and how they intersect the 
barline. Looking at old output files I have, it wasn't present in 
2.3.13, but was in 2.3.22. I don't have many 2.3.x files around, so 
consider that a very unrefined range.

Or is this fixed in 2.5?
