2.4.2:Cygwin install

Upon updating lilypond from 2.2.5 to 2.4.2, install process froze on 
lilypond.sh (sp?) in the cygwin installer.  This was for Lilypond and 
its documentation which are in seperate packages, both installed with 
the same setup sweep.

I waited 45 minutes to see if it would get through it, and nothing 
happened during that time.  I finally hit cancel on the installer.

Looking at documentation, I found perhaps all of the images missing 
except for regression.

I then ran reinstall for 2.4.2 in the Cygwin setup, and it went much to 
quickly to be a real reinstall.

finally I uninstalled 2.4.2 and its documentation and looked to find 
random pieces of 2.2.5 still floating around.  I deleted the 
documentation directory for 2.2.5.

lilypond executable was gone and a search of find . -name '*lily*' and 
find . -name '*.ly' from cygwin top directory showed these files all to 
be gone.

I then installed both lilypond and lilypond documentation 2.4.2 using 
cygwin setup.

Images were still missing....haven't a clue what to do next.
