I see, interesting. Actually, what I'd do there is just have a simple
GTK+ wrapper with a button to feed the input to Lilypond rather than ask
the user to drag/drop and such. You could also integrate instructions,
tips and so on into it like that.

It's a Nautilus bug, but there may be a workaround. Do you have a
backtrace?
