Hmm. It's in the manual and in two input/regression/ files, but
"texttranslator" doesn't appear anywhere in the source code for
lilypond. Han-Wen, should I delete all references to this in the docs?
I'd like this header printed by default, but I realize there's
currently
no good spot for it. If it can't be printed, I think it needs to be
pulled from the manual.
Hmm... it shouldn't be too hard to add. Take a look at
ly/titling-init.ly (especially since you were wanting to learn more
about the next level of lilypond stuff. :)
