musicXML2ly available for the Win version of LilyPond?

Hello! To get better help, tell us the version of Lilypond you're using. 
Anyway, it seems to me that somes versions were having problems with python 
scripts. The first thing is to check if musicxml2ly.py is working even with 
only the flag for displaying the version or quick help. Then test with some 
xml files. 
You'll probably know the import is not complete and some features are open 
for sponsoring or contributions. Sometimes I get better results from 
abc2ly.py with the kind of music I have.
