Here is a link with the manual section delaing with rehearsal marks (I don't 
know if
it's what you want):

The default aligment is to center the mark over the symbol, so the missing line 
was:
#'break-align-anchor-alignment = #LEFT.

When I saw the unexpected Lily output, I screwed up the convert-ly output and 
lost
the "s" in the way.

Thank you very much, I can obtain the desired output, and I like this new
implementation very much; it's way better. Overall, the 2.11.x series are 
*absolutely
awesome*.
