Issue 365: transposing cues requires explicit \transposition c'

Hi,

not a bug, but maybe unintuitive.   \transpose changes the music expression, 
and in
some uses it would be illegical if cue notes were affected, eg.

  pattern = { c1 \quoteDuring #"fluteCue" { s1 } } 

in a sequence, the following would be reasonable,


  { \pattern
    \transpose c d \pattern  
    \transpose c e \pattern  
  }

in this case, \transposition is used to shorten repetitive entry, and it should 
not 
affect cue notes.
