Re: Distance between staves in PianoStaff not fixed

That's intended behaviour, as far as I know.
The fixed distance between the staves of a PianoStaff context that we
used to have in earlier LilyPond versions was just an ugly workaround
to solve limitations in the implementation of cross-stave beams, but
these limitations have now been removed so there was no longer any
reason to artificially force the fixed distance.
