There are indeed some limitations for sending mails to the
bug-lilypond mailinglist, as explained here:

However, the best solution is to subscribe to this list, then you'll
be able to send mails and follow the discussions here:
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-lilypond

Having looked at your error messages, Erlend is probably right: as far
as I can tell, you might be trying to run the Intel version of
LilyPond on a G4 or G5 computer. Please try to download and install
the correct version on
http://lilypond.org/web/install/

Then tell us if you still get this message.
