Hello! I'm an enthusiastic Lilypond user and it worked fine on my old mac. Now
I've switched to Linux on a new computer, and I can't get Lilypond to install.
I downloaded to correct .sh file and tried to open it from the console as
directed (sh lilypond-2.12.2-1.linux-64.sh) But it just keeps saying it cannot
open the file. I would really like to use it in Ubuntu 8.10!!! Any help would
be appreciated!
