Interesting. I can reproduce with my own self-compiled Windows installer too.
Another problem is that `lilypad-unicode' is installed, but the
localized language is wrong. All of the menus appear in Czech, but
the language on this computer is English (United States).
This is the only trace of Lilypad I can find, besides the registry
entries mentioned above.
