In the following example, only the very last part (a column followed with a
regular word) doesn't produce a collision. The other parts (a regular word
followed with a column, or a column followed with another column) produce
awful collisions.

\version "2.13.6"

\markup \line {
  blah
  \center-column { blahblah blah }
  \center-column { blahblah blah }
  blah
}

IIRC it used to work with 2.10.
