crossed:

And i've proposed another example:

\version "2.13.26"
<<
  \relative a' { a4 a8 a4..( g16) }
  \\
  \relative c'' { b4. b4. }


Here the first dot in second voice is hidden under the first a's notehead.
And  there is noticeable collision between slur and dot.

I am not sure that this is the same issue. I will try to test a bit more,  
when i'll have spare 15 minutes .)
