ok, then either you or Carl should go ahead and commit them.  If
they're not in the Changes, add them there, too.

We _do_ have lots of other doc issues to work on, after all, and
even once those are finished, there's always the GDP-style
rewrites of the unfinished half of NR 2, everything in NR 3+, and
LM 5.
