A French user has just posted this link to the documentation:
http://lilypond.org/cygwin/release/lilypond/lilypond-doc/x/usr/share/doc/lilypond/html/Documentation/index.html
It does work, but seems awfully complicated. Do we really want to
maintain these URLs? How about a 301 "moved permanently" redirection,
that would override the browsers url?
