Since there's less than 2.3 inches in the 57mm-wide c9landscape paper,  
lilypond complains.  It would be nice if the 5\in wasn't hard-coded.


(20 minutes of poking around inside lilypond-book didn't fix it for me.  I  
may try again later, but for now I'm not owning the issue)
