http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1653I don't think this is a dynamics issue. Both dynamics are centered on the note.
What has happened is the width of the harmonic head is less than the width of the whole note, and the harmonic head is left justified with the whole note.
This should probably be an issue with the harmonic note head width.
