if this is a good change, it needs to be applied to  
Documentation/snippets/new/
*NOT* Docuementation/snippets/fretted-string-harmonics-in-tablature , and  
then run makelsr.py

(I have ever reason to believe that it's a good change; I'm not trying to  
cast doubt on that)
