We have 3 or 4 different places that write filenames including directories,  
prepend directories with a ../, remove a ../, etc.  You cannot conclude  
anything on the basis of @sourceimage alone -- you need to track what goes  
into the html file at every step of the processing, and compare that to  
working examples from other manuals.

I'm giving this an ETA: 10 hours.
