Reported by Frederico: on the docs download page, the link labelled 2.12  
redirects to 2.14 instead.  I've found that manuals.itexi refers properly  
to http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/Documentation/ but gets redirected when I  
c/p into a browser.  I believe the fix is in lilypond.org.htaccess where  
both 2.12 and 2.13 appear as hard-wired values, and I'll send the resulting  
patch directly to Graham.  I'm conscious that I may be floundering, but a  
sacrifice of dignity may well lead to an increase of knowledge, so  
wotthehell, archie.

BTW: the other inconsistency was the old lilypond.org/web address.
