Nobody so far.
We are entertaining ourselves by speculating where LilyPond might have gotten
the crazy idea to set those extra-extra-naturals in the first place. So far
nobody has found a concrete example where the extra-extra-natural has been used.
I'll wait a week as I promised, then if there have been no revelations I'll
push as-is.
