From what i understand, Neil says that the Kievan notation shouldn't
be supported by using a stencil hack, but use a style setting or
something similar.  That's precisely what Aleksandr is working on
right now.  This patch is meant only to introduce the glyphs to the
font - the infrastructure will be provided in a separate patch.
We may remove the regtest from this patch, though.

So, from what i understand it should be patch-push.
