It does not help that there is not really total agreement in mathematics about what "positive?" means, although Scheme has a definition. I'd prefer something like "natural?" (although mathematicians are in even less agreement about the exact meaning of that one) or "count?". Closer to the original suggestion would be "size?" but that does not necessarily suggest an integer amount.
