What does the process say about corrections to the patch (in this case  
adding a regression test for a critical issue) during countdown period?  
This resets a countdown?

In this case my upload to Rietveld had problems, as Graham points out  
there, and contributors could not see the side-by-side diff. Thus the extra  
review time is probably warranted. I just uploaded again to fix this, but I  
sidestepped git-cl in order to avoid Patch-new.
