In the Unofficial MusicXML test suite, 24e-GraceNote-StaffChange.xml is missing the element <staves>2</staves> after </time> Otherwise, only a single staff is assumed. See http://www.musicxml.com/UserManuals/MusicXML/Content/EL-MusicXML-staves.htm
