Gould on pg. 142 says that a gliss. should reflect the correct interval in
the gradient of the line.
Her example is based on a single staff though, I suppose the same rule
apllies to staff changes as well.
What do you think about the extreme cases where the angle is so steep to
make a pleasing line? I think that the gliss. should ,at least, follow the
direction of the interval at some (adjustable) point.
