This one was very recent and should likely have been done along with
issue 4802 but I did not expect issue 4802 to get done as timely as it
was.

Oopsy daisy.  This really needs to stay in "new" (because durations
without explicit pitches are a 2.19.0 feature) but has a wrong version
header.  I'll fix and push this.
