I understand, but this simple change should not cause any problem.

I can send a pull request to gpercival/gub with a patch which renames 
all occurrences of lilypond.org/download with lilypond.org/tarballs (or 
lilypond.org/downloads, or whatever you think is best).

Then someone should rename the directory on the server before running 
gub.

The alternative is renaming the website "@node Download", but I'm for 
keeping it as that is the best URL for that page.
