Probably not, but it is possible to make them using MacPorts, for example,
there is an Emacs app, but it has links to the ordinary emacs inside the
MacPorts tree; remove the latter, and the app breaks. But it is probably how
they decided to set it up. For a proper MacOS style app one would expect it be
relocatable, and it is unclear if that is doable with MacPorts.
