Would this patch be acceptable to all involved? I double-checked the GNU
Coding Standards, and while they recommend using FDL, they make no mention
about whether front-cover/back-cover texts are mandatory or optional. By
implication, I assuming they are optional, and that this patch satisfies
Debian's needs without violating FSF's requirements (since FSF is the
ultimate copyright holder, not me).
