Based on some private feedback from Nelson (who understandably wanted
specific details about his machines kept from the internet so that they
are less likely to be targeted for an attack), I am checking in this:

        * src/m4.h [UNIX]: Add more platforms that are close enough to
        categorize as UNIX, but which don't predefine __unix__.
