Tried with MinGW but I cannot figure out where its putting its binary, tried with 'configure --PREFIX=/mingw/m4' but that does not seem to work. You really need to get one of the GnuWin32 maintainers to have a look at it.

Okay, got it installed okay, forgot "make install". Looks like it works okay now I will try a proper run of flex and bison tommorow, but 'bison --help' is working fine now where it was not before.
