I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. Are you having problems
finding the m4 download site? Or once it is downloaded, are you having
problems compiling? More details about the actual commands you typed and
error messages you are getting would be useful, as well as details about
your platform. Does your vendor ship a pre-compiled version of m4
instead of you having to download the sources to build yourself?
