test-frexp-nolibm and test-printf-frexp fail during build

Hello.

m4 currently does not build on the i386 architecture because of two failing 
tests:

../build-aux/test-driver: line 119: 12409 Aborted                 "$@" >> "$log_file"

../build-aux/test-driver: line 119: 13031 Aborted                 "$@" >> "$log_file"

I suspect of the new glibc (version 2.41) which was uploaded for Debian 
unstable recently,
as it has some improved floating point functions.
