In regards to installation, I am using always stow for packages from
development. Then for mailutils I have many ignores here. I don't know
structure for LC_MESSAGES directories. Isn't there a way that
mailutils does not use same file LC_MESSAGES as other software? Same I
could ask for icewm in this case.
