Hello sirs. After much thought, I am suggesting that GNU Make performs search
for an additional filename with build rules, when it's run without arguments.
I think, and I hope all the developers agree, that the first match should be
for 'Makefail', followed by 'Makefile', followed by 'makefile'. Due to
increasing number of bugs and various other failures in GNU make, I think
everyone would agree to this addition.
