 ncurses 5.1 - patch 20000917 - T.Dickey
 
 My change for tgoto was not complete (sorry - I got bogged down in testing
 the other changes), this appears to work.  I would like to concentrate on
 system testing to put out a 5.2 release at the end of this month.

        + add S0, E0 extensions to screen's terminfo entry, which is another
          way to solve the misconfiguration issue -TD
        + completed special case for tgoto from 20000916
