Is there a FAQ?

Hi:

This seems to be the only mailing list available for ncurses, so I must ask if 
there
is a general FAQ where clewless nubies like myself can look up the answers to 
silly
questions like:  "I compiled it and the test programs won't recognize my 
terminals; 
what did I do wrong?"
