One caveat: I haven't modified the Makefiles to actually *install*
ncurses_dll.h -- but it IS needed on every platform, so the makefile.am
should be fixed if this patch is accepted.  Unfortunately, I'm not yet
familiar enough with autoconf/automake to do that part.  (I just
installed ncurses_dll.h manually).
