[PATCH?] ncurses 5.2 20010331 installation problem

If you compile outside of the source tree, then ncurses won't install.
make complains that it can't find ncurses_dll.h, because it's looking
for it in the object tree rather than in the source tree.
The following patch seems to fix it, but I don't know whether
it is the correct thing to do.
