The ncurses documentation links to http://www.adahome.com/, which does
not appear a good idea for several reasons:
* This website is largely unmainted.
* It is not official.
* The owner has taken the (rather free) Ada Reference Manual,
HTMLized it, and slapped a non-free license on it.
Alternatives are http://www.gnuada.org/, http://www.adapower.com/, or
http://www.ada-auth.org/ (semi-official site).
